    Please read the policies below as well as the FAQ/POLICY section of our website.

  • REFUND POLICY

    All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds.  If you would like to reschedule your picnic you must notify Picnik Society 72 hours before your picnic appointment to select a new date or to request a rain check, otherwise you forfeit all paid fees. Your rain check must be used within 3 months of your original purchase date.

  • PROHIBITIVE WEATHER

    In the event that rain, extreme heat/cold, high winds, etc. is forecasted within 72 hours leading up to your scheduled outdoor picnic, or if the grounds are wet & muddy, we require our clients to select one of the options below.

    Options:

    (A) move to an indoor or covered location (of your choice)

    (B) reschedule for a later date at no additional cost

    (C) receive a rain check to be used within 6 months of your original purchase date
